Like all meaningful relationships, personal communications with others is paramount in developing trust and in developing momentum for mutual projects. People want to make a difference with the causes they believe in, but this also hinges on clear intentions and understandings. It takes an attitude of openness, brother- sisterhood and synchronized creative energy with an existential approach of allowing for the unexpected. When there are constrictions and a not allowing of participation by others the diminished result poisons the creative well and does not promote synergistic actions to evolve. It is the difference in having an exhilarating flow of creativity together in a project and often disappointment with the outcome.
For myself I strive to make communications as clear as possible, but sometimes things get muddled or disconnected so it is important to practice ‘infinite patience’. My goal is to facilitate projects, bringing together the resources and people that can not just work with each other, but have a gratifying experience doing so. There is no lack of things that need to be done or at least improved upon so lets connect for the greatest good of all.
As stated before, resource gathering has many different facets than just funding; it is the people functioning with common purpose, caring, compassion and truth. Every group has specific cultural and environmental conditions to create from. Including each person as a resource and a creative force; not only does this insure the longevity of a project, but will highlight the uniqueness of what is created. Also, most projects require upgrading and recalibrating over time and most people will support what they create; which is different from something given without regard to those that use it. Another aspect of community building is engaging in joyful activities, since this is about life and how we experience it together. As you explore the options of how you want to be in the world hold open the best of possibilities.
